You're getting robbed, so the other guy won. The way Scott Downs is throwing (sub .50 ERA), Ryan's probably through as the Jays closer since he's been nothing but awful this year. Meche is a decent pitcher but not much better than waiver wire SPs. Abreu is a solid OF, I have him on my team. I like that he doesn't strikeout and steals quite a bit, but he still doesn't have a homer this year. Scherzer is hit or miss and shouldn't break into your rotation if you're in a 12 team league.

On your side, McLouth should be at least equal to Abreu. I don't like KC players, but Soria is nice because the Royals only seem to use him in save situations, as opposed to some closers that go in during blow outs or ties. Trading Lackey, even though he's hurt, is just insane. He'll be back in a few weeks, just wait it out.

Go pick up Brad Penny from the WW, he'll bounce back by the mid-summer classic.

Overall I think you lost this trade. Soria and Lackey are good players. Meche I really like. Ryan and Scherzer are ok but as soon as Webb comes back he is going back to the minors.
