The link below shows what hotels and inns accept pets in the rooms. Also any extra charges involved and the maximum sizes of animals they allow. There are many in the area.
On The Strip itself... Looks like only the Four Seasons and the Howard Johnson allow pets.

Just off the Strip is Westin, across the street from the side of Bally's, that allows pets

The Drury in does.I went there once with my dog. I also can't remember if it was the Comfort Inn or Quality Inn that ket us keep a dog there too.

usually extended stay inns or motel 6s allow pets
the major properties discourage pets in the rooms.
