Go with the chiffon one from forever 21 (:
It's pretty and more formal than the other one that is cute, but a bit too patchy looking.
It's also cheaper!

i LOVE the first one. the macys one is ok but its not great i am like honestly in LOVE with the forever21 dress. its hott, adorable and amazingly cute! u should get that one honestly its gorgeous! =]

I think its more interesting and cute.
But for the formal i would say the 1st because it is
more fancy i guess.

First one! It's pretty and like everyone else said, it's more formal. I like maxi dresses but I feel like they are more casual beachy dresses. Have fun!
