Who does "Heard It Through The Grapevine" on acoustic guitar?

I heard it while on hold with AT&T.

Please, no random answers - I am capable of googling, etc. If you happened to have heard this version (while presumably on hold with AT&T yourself) and recognize it, please let me know who the artist and disc is. THANKS!

Update:

The version in question is definitely a cover of the Marvin Gaye tune. It is not the Earl Klugh version. It sounds like the Max Milligan version on "Homage" but is slower in tempo.

    I'm not sure but Montgomery/Gentry has a song called "What do you think about that", it's not a cover of that song but it starts out like that
