http://www.davidbradley.net/FAQ.htm
It says
Is David Bradley Equipment Collectable?
Yes, because Bradley is so well known (due to the connection with Sears) nearly all Bradley items are presently collectable.
In 1966 The George D. Roper Corp. purchased David Bradley as part of the buy out of the Newark Ohio Company. Roper went on to produce lawn and garden equipment for Sears until the late ‘80s, when Roper sold it’s outdoor equipment division to American Yard Products.
Look on Ebay and see if you find one and see what it is going for.

Those tags are required on any object with fiberfill stuffing, such as mattresses or pillows. That warning applies to the manufacturer or the seller, not to the owners. Any pillow you could buy today at Walmart will also have one.
I have no idea about the worth of the furniture, but I do know that those tags are not indicators of anything special.
