What about swine flu?
I've been reading more and more that the swine flu is really just a bad flu. Everything I've seen makes it look like it's no too serious. Am I just dreaming or is there really no threat here. I read that so far only about 2 people have died (in the U.S.) and that probably doesn't look that bad compared to people dying of any other flu. What is all the scare about and should I really be worried? Or should I just be a little bit more careful?

It's just a flu. Have you ever had a flu?Irritating, but that's about it. The hype was because the combination of H and N was not one they thought was possible. but really it's no big deal. thousands of people die from normal flu in the U.S. every year.

Hi there. To be honest. I live in Mexico and it seems to be all a big stupid political deal. Can you believe that the sickness has been spread all over the globe, but here in my state, there's not even one case of the swine flu? Media has done a huge thing of all this to keep us all with panic and stuff. Yeah its a flu! A flu!!! We are third world country and its not that bad so i'm sure 1st world countries will handle it perfectly. However, it's always healthy and a great idea to keep washing your hands at any possible time and live your life! We should all do that. And fu$%" scientists should worry more about a real epidemic stuff as AIDS!. That's something to worry about.

It may be serious. There is a lot of information out there in the media, but I think nobody knows much really of what is going on.
I am no doctor or anything, but I am guessing that the 'swin flu' is in the air, or perhaps in the water, or even the food in Mexico,... every case is related to a trip to Mexico, or a mexican... but no news that it has been from person to person so far. That is really weird.
