How do I maintain my weight after I have been dieting?
I lost about 33 pounds and I am happy with my weight. How do I change my eating patterns/physical activity? (On my diet, I ate small portions every 2 hours, and exercised 4-5 days a week at about 1 and a half hours each day.) What should I change so I can maintain my weight and not lose, or gain anymore pounds?

i would eat a little more, but only the same foods that you already eat. keep up the workout though! :)
