Lilianna Marie
Marie is my mother's middle name so we're keeping that. Is Lilianna too popular? I know Lily is.

I think Lilanna is beautiful. Mine and my daughter's middle name is Marie so I'm partial to that too. She will probably get a nickname though so if you don't like Lily be careful (personally I love Lily Marie). I agree that Lilianna is a beautiful name, but I presume she won't want to be called her full name all the time as it can be a mouthful to say all day, everyday. The most obvious and natural nickname is Lily, which you're right - way too popular!

I love Lilianna! I am not sure if it is popular or not, I have only met one Liliane in my life and she goes by Lilly.
