Why the Hell is there 600 FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS IN THE USA?

I've seen this before, and what I think is funny is that one of the "concentration camps" said to exist actually doesn't. The location that it supposedly exists at is less than ten miles from where I used to live, and I never saw it, and I did look.

Now maybe the others exist. If they do, more than likely the U.S. is just preparing for any eventuality, like biological warfare, detaining enemies, or quarantining those who are ill from biological/chemical weapons. I don't think we need to worry until people are actually sent to them. As of now, they're empty.
