Fruit salad is really easy, and nice for dessert. . . .You could even buy little angle food cakes from the supermarket, when they sell the little cup ones? And then spoon in some fruit salad in the middle, and put some cream on top. . . . Or, you could always make fudge. That's pretty cheap and fast. Just takes time to set. The recipe right on the Fluff container is yummy!

caramel sauce:
3 cups sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup water, plus 1/2 cup
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Flan:
6 eggs
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups half-and-half
1 vanilla bean
To make the caramel:
Directions
Have ready 8 individual 5-ounce ramekins. In a thick sided heavy duty pot, combine the sugar, corn syrup, 1/2 cup of the water, and lemon juice. Cook over high heat until a medium brown caramel forms. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining 1/2 cup of water. Pour about 1 tablespoon of caramel into each ramekin.
To make the flan:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Cream together the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar in bowl. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the half-and-half and vanilla bean to a scald. Gradually whisk the half-and-half mixture into the eggs, a little at a time at first and whisking constantly, to temper the egg mixture.
Fill each ramekin almost to the top with the egg mixture. Set the ramekins in a deep baking dish and fill the dish with hot water that reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Bake until the flan is set (jiggly but not firm), about 90 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate.
To serve, use a paring knife to cut around the outside of the ramekin and then invert the mold over each serving plate. It may be necessary to shake the flan or gently push it back on one side in order to get the flan to break loose from the ramekin. Serve with the liquid caramel that pours out as a sauce.

This is a mousse. You can make it with any flavor pudding, but white chocolate, I've found, is the best! Spoon some berries into the serving dish, then top with the mousse or spoon the mousse and top with berries. Add a mint leaf for that special look! This is a crowd pleaser for sure!
White Chocolate Mousse
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated!!)
1 cup water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. white chocolate instant pudding mix (or any other flavor)
1 ½ cups whipping cream
Fresh or frozen berries (optional)
Combine condensed milk, pudding mix and water in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer set at medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Chill, covered, for 5 minutes.
Beat whipping cream in a chilled mixing bowl with an electric mixer set at high speed until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture. Spoon into parfait glasses or dessert bowls. Chill, covered, until serving time. Top each serving with fresh or frozen berries.

Trifle. Layers of bananas, whipped cream, pudding, and crushed nilla wafers. Looks amazing in a glass trifle bowl.
And believe it or not, chocolate souffle is easy too. Pair it with vanilla ice cream and you've got it made. Or chocolate lava cake which is even easier. Dust powdered suger on both and decorate with a couple raspberries.
