What's a good cigar that's legal in America?
Since buying Cuban cigars is illegal, I was wondering if there are any American or other international (but legal) cigars out there which are worth buying. Are there any particular brands that deserve a try?

Cigar tastes are extemely subjective and dependant on one's experience and preferences.
We in the U.S. consider Cuban's the 'best' because of the Forbidden Fruit Syndrome. While they are good, they are no better than Honduran, Dominican or Nicaraguan cigars - just different..
And yes, there are TONS of cigars very much worth trying. Some good brands:
Fuente
Davidoff
Rocky Patel
CAO
Ashton
San Cristobal
Punch
Hoyo de Monterrey
Cabaiguan
Camacho
Gran Habano
Just to name a few.......

the previous poster is right. each u . s . a .'s tobacco and cigar is unique using its distinctive growing to be circumstances. IMHO, cuban cigars have a citrusy twang interior the back of your throat that differs from Dominican grassiness/creaminess, Honduran earthiness or Nicaraguan spiciness.
