Of course he will, he will need to have a majority of the votes in the Supreme Court so that the Amendment to the Constitution that makes him Supreme Leader for Life will not be challenged after his Puppet Congress passes it through.

He will, yes. He is a Socialist controlling liar, isn't he? He has been forcing Socialism on America against the will of everyone except Liberal lovers of free stuff...their Freedom meant nothing to them when they never used it.
Karl Rove says Obama's Past Will Haunt his Court Pick, and I believe he is right, he also says Obama has no credibility to defend a Liberal pick, since he has shot down Conservative qualified choices for Justice...again Karl Rove is correct...however, Liberals were never known for having INTEGRITY, they are known to not care about other peoples Freedom, and love of other peoples money. So, they will not care about right, and wrong, only that they are in power.

Note to Pedro: He doesn't have a clue to answer this question properly...the very Liberal justice Obama is going to replace, Souter, was appointed by George H.W. Bush<----Republican...George W. Bush's Father...wonder if he knows that or not?
"Then there is the matter of Souter turning out in practice to be reliably liberal. Souter was appointed by former President George H.W. Bush — but the ostensible conservative often voted along liberal lines."
Source(s): I never vote Lib, Libs are Socialists who stole the name Liberal from Liberalism, and Liberty, to sneak their way into the American political system. - Anonymous1 decade ago
I expect so. A compassionate justice.
If he appoints a justice who rules based on his/her own heart, instead of what is in the Constitution and laws, he will be the first American President who has made lawlessness an explicit standard for Supreme Court justices.
EDIT
Romare:
I wouldn't exactly call Roberts right of center. He tends to be firmly conservative. Trouble is, Obama won't pick someone just firmly liberal. He's going to find someone left of that radical Ginsberg, if that's humanly possible.
A couple more Obama appointments and Congress can go home. They won't be needed any longer. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

Picture in your mind the furthest left, one is capable of going ... then double that and you'll be close.
After all, the job/term is for life.
This act is the closest thing to immortality a human can achieve and get personal/visual confirmation of in their lifetime.
This fact is 40% of the determining factor in my personal voting for a President, and why I didn't vote for this guy.

Is the illegitimate spawn of Michael Moore and Jeanine Garofalo available? If not, something close to that.

don't know
don't care
They're all a bunch of slow, tired, old lawyers who take eight years to make a decision about even simple matters. If they are that great, if they have all of the needed knowledge, there is no way they should need eight years to make a decision.
whoever is chosen will be as slow as they are.
Besides, all they do is to assign their law clerks research duties to find cases to support however they feel about certain matters. And there are 'cases' on all sides of the law.
so who knows
who cares
