No. A man who has a male to female (MTF) sex change cannot carry his own child because he/she would not have a natural uterus in which to carry a child. A woman has a natural vagina, cervix, uterus, and fallopian tubes which enables her to create eggs, female hormones, and a uterine lining in which a fetus grows and is carried. A man who has had a medical procedure to transform himself into a woman cannot achieve child birth.

a man does not have the uterus needed to carry a baby. there was a man who did it (I forget his name) but that man was born a woman and had had a sex change. He kept his uterus after the change, and the baby was born through a c-section.
