He looks like a shorter slightly fatter Kid Rock. I think the song is about being lonely or something. It's a newer song. Only heard it once on the radio. Thanks for the help.

good answer, that fits the description pretty well. the only difference is that he has like a hat on the whole time. he's also a little grubbier looking, like kid rockish.
