I have a 1988 Alfa Graduate Spider that after I drive it for a short time doing errands I come back and it?

wont start. It only happens during warm weather and not every time. Is this a thermal switch problem somewhere. I drove it all winter in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA and I never had this problem. Sometimes I have to wait quite awhile for it to restart. Help it is quite frustrating.

I have owned a few cars that have done the same thing.... I don't know why it happens. The easiest way I used to get started again was to push start. Hold in the clutch, and put it in 2nd gear. Keep the clutch in while someone pushes. When you have enough speed, let the clutch out quick, and it will start. Tip - Park in places where there is a downhill ;-)
