does anyone know in gallons, the capacity of a 2000 chevy blazer's cooling system and the proper proportion of coolant to water mixture

the coolant to water ratio is a simple one to one, but in order to give you a fluid capacity we need to know hat size engine you have.

yes, 4.2 ltrs, you should dilute the cooling system though as a precaution to avoid an imbalance.
