disney fish movie, with car wash in it?

whats this movie?

theres a fish, he is purple. its an animated disney movie. a black dude plays the fishes voice. he like works in like a car wash, but its like theyre cleaning stuff off of, whales. and, the purple fish is like getting beat up by sharks.
