What would be your reaction if your SO told you that she/he use to be of the opposite sex?

my reaction? i would think that would top cheating on me

that big of a lie would NOT go unnoticed, nor would it be a laughing matter

there are people out there that have this done and the surgery is so good and the hormones are balanced so well, you just would not know unless you were told

that, in and of itself, would be a huge deception

If it weren't for the fact that we've conceived children and I know we were both born the current gender, if I found this out I'd probably laugh my a** off and then find myself a real man.

That would've pissed me off personally. I only like a certain size and type of physicality on a man. I personally probably would've known before they told me.
