Internet Explorer Shut down?

Could some one explain to me why I keep getting a message that says DE? (Can't remember that letter) has shut you Internet Explorer down. I am 68 yrs. old and can't figure some of this stuff out. Thank you in advance. This is driving me crazy!

    Well i think Mozilla firefox is indeed a fast browser and less gives problem.. i think u can give a try.. im sure u will be satisfied..

    Just because you are 68 doesn't mean you can't learn a few new things. Firefox is by far the fastest and best browser there is, bar none. You can configure it to dump the cookies and private information when you close the browser, and with Tor you can be a lot safer on the net. Internet Explorer is a piece of junk, and Microsoft should have taken it from windows a long time ago, instead of embedding it like it is. There is also a program that will remove Microsoft Virtual Machine, and then you can install Sun Java from the Sun website. Solves a lot of problems. Anything you wish to know about computers is available on the net, use your machine for learning about it. By the way, I am 55, and didn't even turn one on until about 5 years ago. now I am a repairman, and fix them for a living.
