Not your run of the mill sloppy joes?
I have a huge hankering for sloppy joes and want to make them for dinner tonight.
Any ideas on a twist for them to make them a bit more interesting?

southwestern sloppy joes
A family favorite with smoky, zesty southwestern flavor
Ingredients
* 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
* 1-1/3 lbs lean ground turkey
* 2 medium onion, finely chopped
* 1 Tbsp Urban Accents Mesa Rosa Chipotle
* 1 Tbsp Urban Accents Rio Grande Chili Blend
* ½ cup prepared hot gardinera, finely chopped
* 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
Directions:
In large, deep skillet, heat oil to medium-hot. Add onion and turkey; cook until turkey is browned and onions are softened. Add Mesa Rosa Chipotle, Rio Grande Chili Blend, gardinera and tomato sauce. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until flavors are well blended. Serve on toasted buns.

Hmmmm Love sloppy joes. Find a recipe online and make them homemade from scratch. Maybe throw a little onion, green pepper and chopped pickles in it for extra flavor! Yummmmm

just watched a Rachel Ray 30 minutes or less episode. The recipe was called "Sloppy Joe Dimaggio." Its easy to make & looks tasty to try.
