Hi, I am a skinny girl and usually eat alot and dont gain much weight. But i think its starting to catch up with me sort of, I'm still not gaining much weight but started gaining it in my Face. =( I wanted to know how to lose that weight? Would it be cardio?

DO NOT BUY PILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but do cardio AT LEAST 20 minutes a day NO EXCEPTIONS ride a bike ( at a decent speed dont just roll along) go for a jog. Jump rope is really good at least 20 minutes a day if you want you could for 30-40 minutes
Also gum chew some like sugar free extra gum or something that will help alot

yes. just take atleast 30 mins. out of your day and either go for a walk/jog/run it will help trust me.
i lost 130 pounds by running 60mins a day 5x a week.

yes cardio could work and i know it sounds like i am joking but chewing alot for example alot of gum each day could help too ;)
