you will need a 2 or 1 channel amp, thats about £80

    a good quality subwoofer £40

an amp wiring kit 4 gauge £25 max

you can get cheaper subs, amps and wiring kits but i wouldnt waste my time with them, not worth the hassle

buy new speakers and an amp to power them. upgrading your car stereo is never cheap, you will get what you pay for. My enitre car stereo cost over 2500 dollars. You can expect a good sounding sub setup with subs, box, amp, and wires to cost around 1000 dollars alone. If you try to go the cheap route and spend only $300 on a crappy Dual setup from best buy you will regret your purchase very quickly and they will probably break within the first year. The more money you spend the better it will sound and the louder it will be.

If your looking to do this on the cheap, leave out the subs. Then look for a quality 4 channel amp and the replace all of your speakers inside the car, a decent amp wiring kit (4 gauge), replace the factory stereo with a new one with 2 sets of pre amp outs, and get some good quality rca wires for the amp.

    For stereo $139
