Why some people think mexican illegals are all child molestors and criminals?

i was looking at you tube and there was a lady talking about diseases like TB coming from mexico with illegal aliens and saying most of them are child molestors and then came to yahoo answers and found the same opinion from a lot of people, i was born in Mexico and lived there for more than 20 years and i only saw one case of child molestation by a school bus driver (guess what, he was a retired american living in mexico) , we have child molestors in mexico but most of them get killed after they molest a child, Mexicans do not have a tendency for pervertion more than what an american can have and you have to be a looser of epical proportions if you think that the lack of green card inserts a special chromosome in your system that instantly makes you a child molestor. the other thing that chaps my butt is the saying from some folks that illegals cost a lot of money to taxpayers, is that right? i do not think so, most illegal immigrants are nice, humble, hones st people trying to make a living and most of them pay their bills and taxes and non of them get a refund like us THEY DO NOT GET A REFUND, THEY ALSO NOT GET ANY KIND OF GOV AID LIKE WELFARE OR MEDICAID, THEY CAN NOT GET IT, i am glad they can not get it , it would not be fair, but quit lying about the cost of the illegals, make some research about who is making those statistics and you will see that they are also racist so we will not be ablo to believe in a statistic about illegal immigration until somebody impartial and independent from any racist argument make that survey, so please, think about it twice before judge one of them and do not go by one opinion, always look for the other side of the coin.

As a Canadian living and working (with an FM3 Visa) in Mexico for six years, I have to agree with "mnwomen", and partially with the previous poster. This has nothing to do with child molesters. Unfortunately, every nationality can claim some as their own. It also has nothing to do with nationality, as the previous poster pointed out.

I am in Mexico legally and will apply for permanent residency when I am, by law, allowed to do so. By some Mexican nationals, before they realize I am not American, I am treated with distrust and disdain. However, once I am found to be "legal", I am treated as a contributing member of the community. I pay income taxes and property taxes here. I volunteer for sadly-needed charities. My life is here.

Perhaps it would be best for you to adhere to your own final words: "so please, think about it twice before judge one of them and do not go by one opinion, always look for the other side of the coin."

We are not all like the lady you saw on YouTube.

I view Illegal Mexicans (or any other nationality) as nothing More than ILLEGAL, and therefore criminals. I am more likely to be friendly to a person who comes onto my property by knocking on the door as opposed to under the fence in my backyard. As for the other issues, there is probably something to it, but not as great as many would have you believe. It is inconsequential to the overwhelming fact that they are here ILLEGALLY. I have personal friends who have immigrated from Mexico, (that means applying, and walking across the border upright, in daylight, through proper channels), as well as others from China, the former Soviet Union, Jordan, Poland, Pakistan, India, the Philippines, and Nigeria. They all feel cheated at the coddling that Illegals get in the media and at the hands of the government.

Illegals cost our economy a bundle! Up where I live we have special transport for their kids to go to special classes, you cannot refuse them medical treatment in a hospital, etc. We have a problem in my area with violence and drugs in the illegal "community", well above what is seen with normal citizens.

I blame this primarily on those who would hire them, and those who are unwilling to do the types of work that they do. Except for planting, I have performed every occupation usually associated with them, and never felt "above" those tasks. If no one hired them, they would not be here. My LEGAL Mexican friends are a flight attendant and a Chemical Engineer. They certainly pay their way and add value to America, as the law abidiing Americans they are, all the way around.

Sneaking across the border is a crime thus they are all criminals. They cost the taxpayers money. They work for cash and drive down wages. They do not pay taxes when getting paid under the table. The ones who have children(anchor baby) can and do get welfare. I suggest you do some research. Being against illegals is a matter of law not a matter of race.
