had a morning prayer in my desktop. lost it on formatting. what would be a nice prayer to start the day with?

Grant unto me, O Lord, that with peace of mind I may face all this new day is to bring. Grant unto me to dedicate myself completely to Thy Holy Will.

For every hour of this day, instruct and support me in all things. Whatsoever tidings I may receive during the day, do Thou teach me to accept tranquility, in the firm conviction that all eventualities fulfill Thy Holy Will. Govern Thou my thoughts and feelings in all I do and say.

When things unforseen occur, let me not forget that all cometh down from Thee. Teach me to behave sincerely and rationally toward every member of my family, that I may bring confusion and sorrow to none.

Bestow upon me, my Lord, strength to endure the fatigue of the day, and to bear my part in all its passing events. Guide Thou my will and teach me to pray, to believe, to hope, to suffer,to forgive, and to love. Amen.

Lord Jesus, Mighty warrior, Prince of Peace,my Saviour and Lord, fill my life with the power of your Holy Spirit for without you I am nothing and all my works come to nothing.Bless all my family ,most of all the ones who may be unkind or uncaring to me.So too all my friends and relations but even so Lord let the Lords Prayer prevail as I seek to give and forgive all with whom you place me today.

Whether it is the man in the bus queue or the tele repair man or the GP receptionist or pavement sweeper ,let them too be made a little happier or better for your presence in my heart. A heart full of selfish traits but yet looking to you each hour and minute for your bountiful supply of goodness, grace and courage no matter what!

Thank you for giving me another day. I will try to do better today than I did in the past,
