Low rise jeans and the dreaded muffin top?
Okay - so I overindulged this part winter, and am paying the price now. Are there any low rise jeans that don't emphasize one's muffin top? What about exercises to get my waist and hips back in shape?
Beautiful - I'm an 11/12 myself. And to think that in HS and college I wore 7/8.

try wear dkny (im a size 6 womens, 7 juniors) they're good to me. get one of those giant exercise balls and do crunches on it. also try playing a sport (tennis burns PLENTY of calories). get on a stair master/treadmill/elliptical, they make you sweat, which is good. if you have on demand (comcast or fios etc) they have exercise specials that focus on certain areas of the body. theyre like 10 min each so you dont kill your self. a couple weeks with these and you should be good. find a meal plan that works for you...i use the 'lose it' app on the ipod touch, and it keeps my calories in check.
*this is my work out and diet, i WILL be a size 4 by the end of the summer...good luck with you.
