Where is it always or mostly Cloudy in the USA?
Dont get me wrong or anything but i personally hate the sun, its rather annoying, i dont know i guess its just something thats wrong with me, i prefer a more cloudy place...Rain or thunderstorms (dont really mind) just a place where the sun never visits in the USA. Oh i hear Forks in Washington is a good place...but any others...And dont say Alaska.
oh you must remember I live in the UK so My Average tempretures are ranging from 1-19 degrees celcius

I have been tracking since the beginning of the year the weather for Pittsburgh, PA, because I really wanted to know if what they said around here was true. My findings trough yesterday:
Temperature: The temperature based on a monthly average is fairly accurate, however, temperature extremes vary daily. For example the monthly average for April is 61 degrees. On April 23 the high was 58 degrees, on April 24th the high was 84 degrees. On April 6th the high was 59 degrees, on April 7th the high was 36 degrees and it snowed.
Cloudy: As of May 10th according to weather.com there have been between 86 and 103 days listed as mostly cloudy. I say between because if it is windy it just says windy and not if it was cloudy at all. So therefore it is cloudy between 66% and 79% of the time.
Rain: There has been measure able rain on 64 days 49% of the days. For a total of 12.42 inches so far this year. That is an average of 0.2" every time it rains.
