muay thai or brazillian jiu jitsu?

ok, im 14 years old and i have a choice between the two, both instructors are great, pretty much same price, so which one would you choose?

i cant do both.

Update:

there is no other gym that teaches this around my area, and i am not planning on doing any mma fights soon. I just want to do one just to do one and also because ive always been in martial arts

Update 2:

i have also tooken muay thai for a few months, (about a couple years ago) and i liked it. I just want some opinions on which you would pick. (and maybe why)

MT is a LOT more intense; you have to be able to take frequent, severe hits or else you won't last a second in the ring.

BJJ: Tough, but nowhere near as bloody as MT.

Remember though, BJJ is hardly any strikes, lots of grappling("hugging"), and jointlocks. And MT is hardcore striking.

find a gym that offers both, and train both, both are a must for any mma competitions, and both are very effective for street fighting.
