Please Recommend me a good book! I need to do more reading?

I like fantasy, But I also like drama, more drama lately actually. (not over the top days of our lives type drama)

but that aside recommend me anything you have enjoyed that you think should be a must read.

PLEASE

no one say Twilight or Harry potter. The page fairy's will give you paper cuts forever and pedobear will eat your teddy if you do.

    A Painted House by John Grisham(It's about a boy growing up on a cotton farm during the 1950s.It has very strong characters and a good plot.)

    Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher(Is about a girl who commits suicide and leaves tapes behind explaining why she did it.She sends the tapes to 13 people who are all apart of the story.)

    That series is excellent. Based on a true story, the Author is the child it happened to...Very Very good, but also can be graphic.
