Make the world stop what?
Stop rotating? Tidal drag from the moon is slowing the earth's rotation but will not stop it completely. Any force strong enough to suddenly stop the earth's rotation (such as an off-center impact by a planet-sized object) would be too strong for the earth to physically withstand, and the earth would be torn apart.
Stop orbiting the sun? Removing the sun, or at least its gravity, would stop the earth from orbiting it, but again this is physically impossible. A close encounter with a massive object and *its* gravitational field could send the earth out of its orbit and into deep space.
Even if the earth stopped orbiting the sun, it would still be moving, and the only way to make it stop is to destroy it completely. The impact I mentioned above would do it, but this is extremely unlikely. Far more likely (though still not entirely certain) is that when the sun becomes a red giant star in a few billion years, it will expand to engulf the earth and stop the earth's existence.

Having a large object collide with the earth, having the earth leave its orbit from the solar system, having the moon disappear, Or not having a sun to keep the the solar system functional.

Maybe if the Sun died or we hit a very large object that knocked it off it's axis. Anyway, we'd all be dead really quick so no more human life, and I haven't a clue what would happen after that.
Hope this helps Hun and have a great week ;-) x

Well, if you mean the globe stop spinning. Well possibly to not be held by sun's gravity anymore. But then again it would wander in the Universe. Still kind of movement..... Hmm I don't think anything can totally stop the world from moving.
