What hairstyle will suit best for me?

I am an indian girl and i would like to know what hair style will suit for me to leave it open and neat. My hair is sort of wavy but frizzy and i cant leave it open with whatever i try to do. i have a long face with big eyes. Could someone genuinely please suggest some styles so that this week i can have a haircut accordingly..

Update:

I have got a step cut,but the hair doesnt stay neatly :(. I get so bugged for that. So cant leave my hair open also. All the small hairs thats growing are showing up and doesnt stay down neatly.

If you have a long face and are looking for a new haircut, don’t go ahead till you have read this article. After reading this article, you will be well equipped with information on what suits you best and what an absolute no-no for your face shape is.

Here we list some tips and haircut suggestions you should carefully go through and follow before having your hair cut:

    1. Keep in mind that you need to create width on the sides of your face to minimize the oblong look that you currently have. You need to choose hair cuts which add volume to the sides and stay away from those that create volume over the head making your face seem longer than it already is.

    2. Bangs are the easiest way to achieve a balanced look for a long face. Long, side swept bangs will quickly and easily make your face look much less longer and add instant style quotient.

    3. Get your hair cut to chin-length. This creates an illusion of width on your face. Chin-length bobs look smart and stylish and are a good option if you are not averse to having a short haircut.

    4. Medium or long hair can be treated with curls or waves to add volume. Avoid curls in short layered hair as it will create volume on the top of your head instead of the on the sides and will not give you the desired look.

    5. Layered hairstyles are a must if you intend to keep your hair in medium or long lengths. Straight long hair will make your face seem more oblong.

    6. ‘U’ or ‘V’ shaped haircuts will help in giving width at the sides and hiding away all the length of the hair at the back.

    7. In general, try to stay away from very short or very long hair and stay with medium and long-medium hair length.

^^ I think this style a tad bit longer complements longer faces beautifully. plus it will really show off your big eyes. your dark hair will look striking.

the volume in the cut really equals out the longness of your face, it will balance it out and make it seem wider. instead of longer, which is what most longer styles do. the only thing you will need to accomplish this style is a straightener, and some smoothing cream if your hair is frizzy. It also be nice to have a manipulator cream to help achieve the part. and the volume.

have u tried some hair spray 2 keep the small hairs down?? or perhaps some bobby pins??

since u have a long face, long hair w/ layers would suite u nicely

i think for long face dont do short hair cut or bob it,but you must have your hair little down your neck

if you have so,go for step cut or straighten it.

nowadays there is a software for computer in beauty parlours which shows how you look like in different hair cuts, all you need is your phot

o.but i dont know whether it is available everywhere

    anyway good luck

well i think you should go with long hair but not boring straight hair maybe like each time you go to the hairdressers you should ask for HEAPS of layers and then keep getting layers until its a long length that would look pretty on you!

straighten ur hair a little bit not completely so that it is wavy not frizzy and then do a Layer cut as it will compliment ur looks and ur face will begin to look angelic

If you are too annoyed with your fuzzy hair, get them done straight from a parlor. That would keep them nice and convenient and your steps shall also look pretty. Otherwise you can try putting a cletcher on half your hair and leave half of them free..that looks pretty and may also look nice.
