Why R&S should be changed to C&A e.g.Condescending & Arrogant?

Maybe, but I doubt that will happen, as "Arrogantly Speaking" doesn't have quite the same ring as "Spiritually Speaking™"

The section names relate to the topics of discussion, not the behaviour of the participants (though I don't think majority of the R & S-ers are condescending and arrogant)
