YES! My forehead is the same as yours (5-finger forehead, haha) and I cut bangs and look so much better. Long bangs that graze past your eyebrows would look best. They will make your eyes really pop out. a good example of bangs would be Rory Gilmore's from the last season of Gilmore Girls.

You could do with a completely different hair style and maybe with some side bangs.  Your hair right now is wrong for your face shape.  You have a high, large forehead and the style you wear does not flatter you.  Also some color and shape on the eye brows and you would look 100 times better.   Do not mean to be unkind just keeping it honest and real.

Opt for long bangs that fade towards your face because short or blunt bangs would tickle your forhead and drive you crazy.  I say this because you have been wearing your hair like this too long.

Yeah I think it would really suit you!! Give a totally different look!! Go for it but dont make them too short!! Stay below the eyebrow!!!
