    Go to the Freecycle website, set up your account, post a message offering the couch. You'll be guided through the process and it's fairly straightforward.

    You just offer it on a post. You're post should look like this...

    OFFER: Couch in (enter your city)

    Hello, i am offering a couch that is in..........condition. (Then add as many details as possible)

    What will happen is that anyone that sees this post and is in need of a couch will send you a message through your e-mail. You can then write back and forth to make pick up arrangements. Hope this helps! :)
