If you really really dont want to go out with her than just be honest with her, dont string her along thinking that maybe there's a chance you guys could be together. Or if you are just a little unsure about her, then maybe give her a chance and go out with her, you might end up really liking her, or if it doesnt end up working out then just break up with her. Take a chance you might find the girl of your dreams but you just didnt know it.

Being honest to the girl would be less hurting than pretending that you love her but never mean it. You should tell her the truth when the time comes that she's telling her feelings for you so that she wouldn't expects something from you.
