Nop... I think the reason NBC offered the prime time show was due to the fact that Leno was talking (well looking) into other networks - if I remember correctly, ABC... Good thing nothing happen to that because I like Jimmy, but I'm still going to be sad when Leno leaves the Tonight Show... I probably won't watch again since I'm not a big fan of Conan.

His show might not fail. It's kind of taking the Late Show to an earlier time slot for people who don't want to stay up late/have to go to bed a bit earlier. That might be able to get him enough ratings.
But if (and when) it does fail, Leno will have to go to another network and get a new timeslot. Or he'll just retire completely.

well I don't think so, I guess if the ratings keep falling it might be hard for him to get more viewers.
