i think im fat am i? :(?

hi my names kira im 12 years old 5 feet 0 inches and i weigh 100 pounds... am i fat? and if i am what exersices should i do i have a trampoline and i hear it helps lose weight if it does how long should i jump on it??

    I think that is a normal wieght for a young girl like you. and your still growing so itll all balance out. dont worry hun your not fat at all.

    Well, by the sounds of it, you aren't really that fat.

    But if you aren't satisfied with the way you look, just do what I did, I lost lots of weight.

    When you're eating at home, try not to get seconds or desert.

    At a restaurant, try to get a salad or something.

    And either when at a restaurant or at home, always drink water instead of any other drink. And when your at school or school lunch just try to pick out foods that our healthier like fruits or vegetables. And instead of getting the chocolate or strawberry milk that is served, get the regular plain milk.

    And then for exercise, jump on your trampoline.

    You should lose lots of weight, I know I did when I tried this.

    I am also 12 years old. You are not fat! If you are 5 feet tall, that should be average. I have friends 5 feet tall who are 130 and 110 pounds. Don't worry about it.

    Jump till your tired, same goes with any exercise

    Yeah just stay active, take advantage of the beautiful weather and enjoy the outdoors! Go ride your bike with a friend, find some cool places to explore. Take advantage of your carefree age

    Normal for someone that is 5 feet tall is 104-115 pounds so no you are not fat.

    No, not at all. For a girl that is 5'0, your weight should be anywhere from 100-125 lbs depending on your body type.

    If you want to tone up then you can jump on the trampoline until you are tired, take a short break, and jump again.

    you don't need to worry about your weight at 12 years old, you're in the middle of your growth age, just keep eating the maximum you can, (by eating, i mean healthy food, not junk garbages), practice some exercise like swimming, and you'll be fine,

    Are you blind? You can't determine if you're fat by looking at yourself in the mirror?

    and telling us your height/ weight doesn't do much cause it also depends on your frame, how much muscle you have, etc
