Joe, maybe you couldn't notice, but this list you're looking at must've been made more than 24 years ago. Probably at least 30 or 35 years ago because Rose wasn't close then.
-- Batting Champion by widest margin (86 points, Nap Lajoie over Mike Donlin)
-- Most Career Wins (511, Cy Young)
-- Most Career Complete Games (749 of 815 starts, Cy Young)
-- Highest Batting Average over five seasons (.402, Rogers Hornsby)
-- Most batting titles (11, Ty Cobb)
-- Most Homerun Crowns (12, Babe Ruth)
-- AB per strikeout ratio (62.6, Joe Sewell)
-- Most Career Triples (309, Sam Crawford)
-- Most Inside the Park Homeruns in a Season (12, Sam Crawford)
-- Most RBI w/o a homerun in a season (121, Hughie Jennings, 1896)
-- Most ERA Titles (9, Lefty Grove)
-- Most Career Inside the Park Homeruns (55, Jesse Burkett)
-- Most Steals of Home (54, Ty Cobb)
Records that will never be broken, in my opinion. I feel very confident when I say I won't live to see any of them broken, at least.

Fernando Tatis hit two grand slams in the same inning. I think it's safe to assume that nobody will ever hit three in an inning.
A related record is that Chan Ho Park gave up both grand slams to Tatis. So nobody will break Park's record of most grand slams given up to one player in a inning.
It would be tough to break Johnny Vander Meer's record of most consecutive no-hitters. Somebody would have to throw 3 in a row.
Other records that are probably unbreakable but mostly because the game has changed are wins, complete games, shutouts, strikeouts and triples.
edit: Joe, I think somebody already broke Cobb's record of 4191 hits. Rose may not be eligible for the HOF but his stats still count.
edit2: Dexmonte, Don Drysdale's 58 consecutive shutout innings has been broken as well. 59 by Orel Hershiser in 1988.

Nolan Ryan's career and single season strikeout records, Rickey Henderson's career stolen base record, Cy Young's career win record, and basically anything that requires a pitcher to throw 300+ innings a season to have a chance.
I still think there's a chance someone could top Dimaggio's 56 game hitting streak, even though he did it against something like 73 pitchers. Ryan Zimmerman had already faced that many (or more) when his recent 30 game streak was snapped. It's tough to get a guy out 4 or 5 times, especially one who's hot.

With specialization, platooning and pitch counts, I'd say any of the "longevity" marks set prior to the 1960s, plus Ripken's "Ironman" streak are all safe.
Although unlikely, it is remotely conceivable that some guy could rack up 512 wins in a career to beat Cy Young. In my opinion, the record that will never be broken will be Walter Johnson's 110 SHUTOUTS.
With specialized bullpens and the almighty pitch count, there may never be another guy to throw 100 career complete games, let alone shutouts.

56 game hitting streak. Thats not going to happen again.
The Thing about Cy Youngs records are that The Game has changed. Noone is ALLOWED to throw Complete Games anymore unless they can do it in under 110 pitches. Young had more than one year where he averaged 150 pitches PER GAME! They left him out there no matter what. So even if a Pitcher COULD pitch that many complete games in a career or get that many wins, the new way they handle pitchers would NEVER allow it to happen.. SO i think Youngs Records are moot. Cy Youngs Records Can't be Broken not because noone could do it, but because the League has Changed.
56 game Hitting Streak is Reachable by any Good hitter, but i just think it is TOO hard to do.

I know these have all been said already but...Young's 511 wins (no one has even gotten close to 400 since Johnson), his Complete game record, JOhnson's shutout record (managers are far too bullpen happy. In those days you lucky just to have a reliever, now we have long relievers, middle relievers, closers, set up men...)
Ripken's consecutive games played record, Ryan's 7 no hitters, (I think the strikeout record could be broken someday. Randy Johnson got pretty close and didn't become dominant till several years into his career).
Ty Cobb's 4,191 hits
Also, I don't think we'll ever see someone throw 3 consecutive no hitters, so I think Johnny Van der meer is safe.

Cal Ripken Jr. because that's a lot of games in a row and knowing the premadonas we have in the league now that's a lock for never being broken.

There are many which are well beyond the realm of plausible assault. Not all of them are desirable.
Desirable: Young's 749 complete games is by far the "most unbreakable" career counting record. Johnson's 110 shutouts. Crawford's 309 triples, along with Wilson's 36 triples in one season. And while it is recent and therefore repeatable (although unlikely) within current gameplay conditions, I think Bonds' 232 walks in one season is going to stand for a long, long time.
Undesirable: Ryan's 2795 career walks issued. Park's two grand slams served up in one inning. Young's 316 career losses. Rose's 10,328 outs made. I find it hard to envision anyone, ever, getting even a chance at approaching one of these marks.

"Cobb's 4191 hits" ... ???
Wow. Not only is that the wrong number (though the one that stood for a long time, incorrectly, and still hasn't been updated everywhere -- Cobb properly has 4189 hits), but Rose broke that mark 24 years ago, which in baseball terms is shortly after the continents formed.

Cal Ripkens consecutive games played record. 2,632 consecutive games played which spanned over 16 years. Will never be touched.

56 game hit streak seems to be very hard to match or even come close to and there was a time.
Yankess won 5 straight WS championships from 1950-1955. check for accuracy.
but that one is also nearly impossible to ever achieve in this lifetime.
