How to make my jaw stop throbbing?

My poor young body has been through a lot ha ha. While I was between 8th grade and 11th grade I was in 7 car accidents. No I am not a terrible driver I was not driving in any of them ha ha! Three of them were pretty bad ones. Two of them were drunk drivers which clearly explains how bad they really were. In just one of the car accidents I sprained my neck, back, elbow, as well as dislocated my knee and shoulder, and broke my wrist and hand. Since so many things were injured at one time it was very hard to get everything to heal properly. I have since then always had a lot of issues with my body being very sensitive. The last few weeks my shoulder keeps slipping back out of place and causing a lot of tension on my neck and back. Since last Sunday my shoulder has been bothering me a lot as well as my neck and back. What is new though is that fact that my jaw keeps tensing up and now the last two days has been extremely hard to chew or move it. It also has been making popping noises whenever I do open it far enough to eat something. Today it feels as though it is throbbing. I do not have insurance so I cannot go to the doctor, or least am hoping not to have to go. What should I do, is there an over the counter medication that will help the jaw feel less tense and not as swollen?

    Advil, Tylenol, ect. All those kinds of over the counter edications will help ease the pain. Plus, they will thin the blood, which will lessen the swelling in your jaw.
