Atheists, Pagans, Jews, Liberal Christians, Why don't we just make our own country?

As a Christian you share with the Catholic and the Jew a religion. First The Catholic is the bridge between the Christian and the Jew. The Bible, the Holy Word of God, has the Old Testament which is the Torah, the Jewish Bible, it was given to the people by the Catholic Church but translated by Luther. If you don't believe me ask a preacher. As for the Muslims they know about the Jews and the Christians but say they are wrong in the way they pray to God or Allah. As for the Atheist they do not believe in God until faced with death, a saying in the army "there are no atheist in a fox hole!" As for the pagans as far as I know the believe in many gods.

I fought and bled for this country. I'll be damned if I'll surrender it to fascists and bigots! I took an oath to defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign or domestic, and I mean to keep that oath.

Let them spout all they want. They have that right. But instead of giving up hope and surrendering to the intolerant theocratic segments of the population, let's unite and vote and march and defend the Constitution. If they want to go live in a place where women are treated as property and homosexuality is punishable by death, we can pay for their plane tickets to Iran or Saudi Arabia.

Sweety, it's called British Columbia, Canada. I already live here. Can't imagine anywhere else this freeing to live. We actually celebrate cultural diversity and religious diversity here. We even make a point of promoting all the different religious holidays and festivals to those who don't share that culture or faith, so that they can come join and learn something new. We think it's cool to have so many different types of people and cultures in one place.

No. ALL of America is my country, and I have no desire to abandon it. Just because there are bigots and people out there who would happily strip me of my rights and freedoms if given the chance, does not mean I should give up the fight. The solution isn't to run away, but to fight back and see to it that every man and woman that comes to this country, be they born or immigrants, have the rights and freedoms they deserve as American citizens.

Why should we? The fundies have only been here since the 1960's. The rest of us have been here since the beginning. If they want two countries, let *them* leave and start one of their own.

I'm with you on having my own Country and will some day, but it sure won't be California. It will be in the city of the new Jerusalem. Streets of gold and gates of pearl and.........Oh thank you Jesus.........there won't be any sin or detestable thing there. It will beauty of heart, mind, and soul. Only people that love purity of spirit. No body stuff there. Homo's or Drunko's or Drugo's. Just love, joy, peace, no more death, no pain, no stress. It would take a complete moron to pass this offer up.
