You have much to learn young grasshopper, if you think liberals nominate because of qualifications, it is all about appearance, and being a PRO-CHOICE LIBERAL,,,,, because most liberal legislation is enacted through the courts, because it would, and did fail, at the ballot box.

Look at Abortion, Roe v Wade, lethal injection is cruel and unsual punishment, illegal ailens get welfare, and healthcare, gay marriage, all voted down by the voters, and overruled by liberal activist judges.

The judge will be liberal in the vain of Thurgood Marshall. It will likely be a woman and Hispanic or African American.

The only criteria that will change the race and sex of the justice is if there is another powerful personality that happens to be liberal. Justice Souter was not a powerful player on the court he did not influence the other justices well. A person with a quick mind that could make coalitions for liberal causes would certainly trump race and sex.

Bernadine Dohrn. She is Bill Ayers wife, a terrorist member of the Weather Underground, and a lawyer who worked for the same law firm as Michelle.

Whomever he can put in his pocket...the name doesn't matter. It will be either a man who is not white, or a woman of any race, very Liberal (whether or not they are known to politically side with either the Right or the Left). <----This I say because Bush Sr. nominated the very Justice who is now retiring based on his political viewpoints, believing he was Conservative, but indeed David Souter is extremely Liberal...and scary...thank God he is leaving, for he, like 3 other Liberal Justices on the Supreme Court, does not believe that American citizens have the RIGHT to keep and bear arms...in simple terms, does not believe in the Second Amendment of the Constitution. Is that NOT scary as Hell? If not for the other 5 Conservative Justices currently on the Supreme Court, the 4 Liberal justices, in 2008, would have "interpreted" our Second Amendment right to bear arms out of law, and have taken away that crucial right from We the People of the United States of America.

Libs who believe in the Second Amendment and want their guns, had best re-think whom they elect next time. Obama and Eric Holder, attorney General don't want We the People to have guns...they want us weak, and manageable. Both Obama, and Eric Holder have campaigned and worked their whole political careers to remove the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

Here is the syllabus of the Supreme Court's decision on the Second Amendment in 2008 which also mentions Holder's direct attempt to remove our 2nd most important Right, and Souter is one of the Justice's who voted we should not be allowed to keep and bear arms:

Obama's reading of the Second Amendment is so narrow that he sees no constitutional problem with the Washington, D.C., gun ban that was overturned by the Supreme Court or a similar law in Chicago. Maybe he supports the right to own a disassembled rifle and the right to defend ourselves with pointy sticks, but in practice his position is pretty much the same as that of gun controllers who continue to insist that the Second Amendment protects no rights the government need respect.

He keeps considering activists instead of real judges, so who knows? I prefer someone who does not believe they are GOD at the bench and should dictate policy instead of following the constitution. Too bad Obama doesn't see it that way. Unfortunately, none of these people have the good sense not to get caught on tape burying themselves before he can complete the total destruction.
