What is your view on sucking up for BA's?

A lot of people on this section do not give best answer to the person who answers the question best or to the person who makes his opinions clear in the most eloquent manner. Often times, people are only looking for someone to agree with them. They ask a question to which they think they already know the answer, and when someone agrees with them, voila, they get best answer. It doesn't matter if the guy who agrees with them gives a one word answer and someone who doesn't agree with them writes an eloquent well thought out passage. The guy who doesn't tell the asker what he/she wants to hear is just plain out of luck.

My own personal opinion is that Yahoo Answers would be a much better place if people actually picked the person who gave the most well thought out answer for best answerer, instead of just giving it to the first person who agrees with the asker's preconceived notions.

WQ: Kane has plenty of cool entrance themes. I wouldn't mind if he used one of his old entrance themes, or used a new take on one of his old themes like Christian did, though in Christian's case I think his old entrance music was much better.

I think it is immature also, people should be honest in what they think, I know I am(not sucking up).

I had a strange thing happen to me the other day:

I wrote a great answer to a question about wrestling, someone else just said 'I agree with E & C Connection then they got best answer, I just don't get it.

It really depends but mabye for a few that could be answered easily but I still try to write long, descriptive answers. I may tell people some things they want to hear.

WQ- I was always used to the old one, and I thought it was strange for his theme to change, mabye it was just to reflect his characters personality. I personally think he should.

I read that question on the link you put up, and I was not that surprised!

There are some of us that answer honestly and rather knowledgeably, and then there are the people that say stupid things and either get the BA or get the most thumbs up.

Another thing I hate is the trolls that put up dumb questions, you answer them, and then you get violation notices from Yahoo (who, by the way, don't really take any notice of your appeal)

The other one is that folks will only answer one part of the question, overlook the BQ and still get the BA.

So I now pick the people I answer. I pick questions that look honest, and I don't answer trolls.

BQ When Kane returns I hope he goes back to the Slow Chemical music, but it will probably still be the old style one that he's been with lately.

So if you would have gotten BA for that question; would you still be asking this?

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do but try to put out a great/knowledgeable response. If we get best answer then great; if not...then I just move on to the next question.

There have been plenty of questions where I thought that I would get BA, but it went to someone else. I will never kiss anyone's @$$ for BA; I shouldn't have to (and neither should you).

WQ: Not sure when he'll return; but I'm sure that he'll keep the same music he's had. I just hope the WWE doesn't waste his talent any longer!

I like them. Not a big fan but I have some songs on my phone. I like em. :) BQ: What about asking about something different? I vote Suioxsie and the Bandshees or Switchblade Symphony. They are rather different. BQ2: Yeah I don't know anything about pornogrind so I can't help you there. lol

Forget that, I ain't kissing no behind just to get a BA. The point of Yahoo Answers anyway is to ask questions, answer them, and discover information regarding different subject matter. If I get BA, then that is awesome but if I don't, the world won't come to an end.

I agree there are times when people do award the most random answer ever.

Yes, I will admit there are times where I am so sure I will get BA but someone else does instead. That is okay; I won't change and restrict my opinion just to satisfy someone who prolly doesn't know better or likes to hear certain answers.

WQ: I preferred his older theme songs but I doubt he will change it. That would be sweet if he came back with his mask but that is just wishful thinking, haha.

I don't suck up for best answers. I answer the way I want, whether it's insulting or not. I live in The United States of America and I intend to use my Freedom of Speech. Regardless of if I'm answering a question someone in another country asked.

As for Kane's return music, I don't know. I'm deaf so it won't effect me. I remember back when I could hear that I loved his song called Slow Chemical. The words really described ME.

I always give my honest opinion in answers as it should be. I will not stoop to agreeing with the person asking the question, just so i can receive best answer.

I also hate it when people ask a question asking for opinions and when you don't agree with theirs they thumbs you down. Why do they bother asking a question if they are unwilling to respect any opinion other than their own?

BQ-honestly I didn't even notice he was gone until now but when he does come back I think he should use slow chemical the theme was kinda cool unlike the retared theme he has now and I think he won't be back for awhile I give it 3-4 weeks

I know I give pretty good answers but yet the person with the dumbest answer gets BA usually the ones that are sucking up to the asker
