14 month old with small feet?
I have a delightful daughter who is in the 75th percentile for height, and weight, and 55th for head. (Always has had a smaller proportional head). However, her feet have always been sooooo small. She is just barely transitioning into a size 3 shoe. Is anyone else's child in this situation? Where can I get shoes that are ok for a toddler learning to walk in this size? Has anyone had problems with their toddler's too-small feet? Thanks for any and all info!
(I know I am being a worrywart, but I'm a first-time mom!)

i have friends who's children have really small feet for there age that's normal unless your daughters walking is affected by it if she is getting around with no problem then by all means don't worry I think it would be worse if her feet were gigantic and being she is a girl well you understand I' m sure she is Beautiful and perfect enjoy your little girl look at websites that sell shoes they usually include shoe size with age i thought i would include a website of a shoe store that is well known and inexpensive that you can check don't know where you live but check it out

My 14 month old daughter is also wearing a size 3 shoe. I don't think it's a problem at all...be glad she won't have huge feet! I have also had a problem with shoes...as many shoes are still slick on the bottom, not made for walking. Striderite has great learning to walk shoes, as well as Robeez and Pediped. Just make sure the shoes are flexible and the bottoms have grippers on them rather than being slick.

When your toddler is just toddling about the house let her go barefoot or just wear socks. Be careful with sock on slick floors though! Payless Shoes has many sizes and varieties for pre-walkers and toddlers and also Toys R Us/Babies R Us. Your little girl just has small feet, it's perfectly normal and there is nothing wrong.
