How do I install Adobe Flash Player?
I downloaded (or so I thought) Adobe Flash player off of the internet; however, when it is time to run it or when I need to use it I just keep getting a message saying that I need to install it. I have a dell laptop with windows vista. Am I doing something wrong? Help

are u using internet explorer?
u need to download it with mozilla firefox.

Redownload Adobe Flash then try to install again
if it still doesn't work turn off your firewall and anti-virus, then try again.
if problem persists contact Dell or Adobe
