Does it affect your health if you wake up late but still eat breakfast?

Say you wake up at 1 pm in the afternoon every day. Breakfast is the first meal of the day. If you eat right after you wake up, but you wake up late does it have a bad impact on your body or is still the same as eating breakfast at 7 am?

    I'd like to know the same thing, I wake up late because I talk to my husband who is deployed late. Damn time difference lol. I would think it wouldn't affect you though, as long as you are still eating 3 meals a day.
