What is the curfew at SJC International Airport?
I tried looking on SJC's website itself, but I can't find the curfew for the airport....does anyone know?

They tend to hide information away. It's 11:30 pm to 6:30 am.

It's around eleven pm for incoming flights, but there have been exceptions made.
No outgoing flights after ten thirty or so.
Now these times are for commercial flights and for aircraft of a certain size and noise producing levels. I don't think there is any curfew for General Aviation.
