I'm sober and proud!
After living with my dad (who is an alcoholic)
I've promised myself I would never drink to have fun.

I'm proud, but not because I'm sober. I'm not addicted to alcohol, so it's not "work" for me to be sober.
For alcoholics, certainly they should be proud that they're sober. But people who occasionally get drunk (but not to the point of alcohol poisoning) under safe circumstances, shouldn't feel shame.

Yeah, I like being sober, when I'm hung over, I regret I'm not sober, when I really want to relax and have fun, I don't want to be sober.
