where can i download totally free music that is totally legal.?

    Unless the artist allows it, on their own website etc,

    you can't

    downloading COPYRIGHT music,

    (which includes 99.9$% of what you want)

    is NOT legal to download, without paying for it

    and any site that charges 9 cents a song, it NOT legal, since they are NOT paying the artist

    is NOT legal,

    they are NOT paying the artist,

    they are KEEPING the money,

    so they are still illegal, to use

    You can't, Well I mean you can get the free music that is on iTunes but thats about it.
