Iphone 3g wont charge going to return it to the apple store .. I avoid saying to them to not void my warranty?

Question

So the story is that I had a Fully powered up Iphone I used it in the next hour it went black & Battery was dead :( and wont charge fully anymore.
Right now its only showing a battery in the red pointing to plug the iphone in.

What Should I avoid saying for them to not void my warranty?

well you did not do anything to void the warranty in the fist place just take it to them and say that the iphone will not charge for some reason hope i helped you out =)

Avoid saying that it all started when I used jailbreaking software on my iPhone...That will void the warranty nice and quick.

If your phone won't charge at least half way, that's usually covered under the iPhone warranty.

I wouldn't think you should have any trouble.
