She gave me best answer but her comment afterward was kind of off, even if I didn't choose to be here I could not just float off into space somewhere. Even if I were dead I would still be here plus a coffin so what gives , seriously, what do you think she meant. She is still here.

Makes sense to me, You are still here of your own choosing, just not put here from your own choosing, meaning your still alive and didn't commit suicide.
