How to do I lost my scooter Registration card & PAN Card?

When I was in inquiry counter of New Delhi railway station yesterday, I lost my scooter RC registered in Haryana. I also lost my new PAN card which i got recently. I don t have a xerox copy of both. I dont know what to do now. Hope for your kind advise.
